About us:

We are former professional athletes for whom motivation, performance, and the desire to win were part of everyday life. After ending our sports careers, we faced the same question many athletes do – what comes next? The transition into “normal” life brought work stress, long hours, little movement, and health issues that forced us to seek balance again – this time in a different way.

Our own experience with back pain and a herniated disc led us to a deeper understanding of how the human body functions. We began studying the musculoskeletal system, functional movement, and recovery – and this journey soon became our new life mission.

Today, we specialize in treating musculoskeletal pain – particularly issues with the lumbar and cervical spine, joints, shoulders, hips, and knees. In our practice, we use proven therapeutic methods such as myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, spiral stabilization (SM System), and the Dortnova Method. These approaches help us release muscle tension, restore natural body function, and assist our clients in eliminating pain and long-term movement restrictions.

Our goal is to help people feel comfortable in their bodies again – free from pain, moving with ease, and enjoying life to the fullest.

However, the issue of the functionality of the musculoskeletal system made us go even further.

Therefore, after our experience, we decided to start helping others who have a similar problem or just want to take care of their body prophylactically.
