Relaxation massage relaxes muscles and triggers a number of biochemical processes, which result in reduced sensitivity to pain perception, improved mood and overall mental regeneration. During the massage, the level of stress hormones is gradually reduced. Thanks to these hormonal changes, there is a very effective mental regeneration and a significant reduction in stress. Relaxing massage is recommended as a regular application (1-2 times a week) as there are very stimulating effects on the blood circulation, metabolism, excretory system and central nervous system.

Relaxation massage is intense, but softer and slower than conventional regenerative massage. Normally, the therapist focuses mainly on the neck and back.
